This wonderful and rewarding role is ideal for someone who has experience in reception and/or office administration roles. Qualifications in Administration or previous experience in working in the community sector would be advantageous.

You will have the ability to prioritise administrative tasks and effectively support the Programs and Support Services team. You will enjoy interacting positively and calmly with people from all walks of life and be able to communicate clearly by phone and face to face.

The Organisation

Cystic Fibrosis Community Care provides support, advocacy, and information to the people living with cystic fibrosis, promotes awareness of CF, and funds medical research into the fight against CF.

Program and Support Services Administrator Role

The role’s primary purpose is to assist with the efficient management of the administrative functions of the Programs and Support Services team.

The main activities of this role include:

  • Assist with the delivery of our programs and support services
  • Processing membership requests
  • Processing applications for support from PASS
  • Assisting with support activities and responding to supporter queries

What You Will Bring:

As the Program and Support Services Administrator, you have at least +3 years of experience as an office administrator or receptionist. Your ability to priorities workload and complete tasks accordingly comes naturally. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and solid knowledge in CRM administration.

Your appetite for delivering at a high standard will see you thrive in this role, helping us to continue to increase the wellbeing and quality of life of people living with cystic fibrosis.
