About the Job

Children’s Ground is looking for an inspirational, creative catalyst for social, cultural and enterprise development in the Top End of the Northern Territory. 

The Community Development and Social Enterprise Coordinator will work as part of a small team to create long term cultural, creative, social and economic wellbeing with communities who lead our work in Darwin and West Arnhem Land. 

About You

The Coordinator will ideally have a creative background and talent in enterprise and business development and marketing. They will work with the community to mobilise a range of small and medium enterprise initiatives related to cultural knowledge. This person will have fabulous people skills with the ability to inspire children, young people and adults to engage, build confidence and develop their skills.
