The Children’s Hospital Foundation works wonders for sick kids at the Queensland Children’s Hospital, all over Queensland and northern New South Wales. With the support of our corporate and community partners, our team delivers fundraising campaigns that create awareness and raise funds to support the mission of the Foundation, which is to improve children’s health by supporting and funding world-class research and clinical treatment, and by providing care and entertainment for sick kids and their families.

We are seeking two Partnerships Coordinator’s to join our dedicated and passionate team.

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for administrative support, coordinating a portfolio of engagement activities, to enable the Partnerships team to grow existing partnerships, secure new high-value partnerships, and enhance our position in the market. The portfolio includes corporate volunteering, workplace giving, events, networking, and outreach.

Who are you?

This role is best suited to a motivated self-starter with a positive ‘can-do' attitude, who is committed to providing quality outcomes and customer service across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.

You will possess:

  • Experience in using a CRM database to support fundraising activity.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working across partnerships, events and campaigns.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and establish priorities with high attention to detail.
  • Strong relationship-building and stewardship skills.
