  • $87,105 - $94,943 + super + ROD (RDO applicable for full time 38 hours per week only)

We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to lead a project supporting local uptake of the Small Business Energy Saver Program (SBESP) in Yarra. The Program provides a financial incentive to small businesses to undertake energy retrofits which reduce businesses energy costs and emissions. The City of Yarra has declared a climate emergency, and supporting local businesses to reduce emissions is a key plank of our Climate Emergency Plan.

This dynamic role would suit someone with a sales, sustainability, and/or business background who has strong personal drive and wants to make a tangible difference in the community. The role will require a mix of strong project management skills as well as the ability to monitor and review as the project proceeds. 

The candidate should be a confident communicator, able to work independently and liaise with many different businesses and stakeholders concurrently to support project delivery. The candidate will also need to work as part of a dynamic team, including with the Yarra Energy Foundation who will be a key stakeholder in supporting this project.
