Who are Clarable?

Clarable is a progressive mental health service in Melbourne providing services within NDIS, Carer Gateway, and more.

We support individuals with mental ill-health and invisible disability. Our goal is to reduce the barriers to living a good life, and make living alongside health systems simpler, and more family-friendly. We collaborate with aligned organisations, take a rights-based approach and are highly regarded in the sector - our team have won awards for our innovation and family-inclusive approach. Clarable is in our third year of operation, and growing from strength to strength.

The Clarable team enjoys a mix of home-based ‘remote’ work and comes together as a team at regular intervals for professional development and team supervision. You will enjoy a sense of accomplishment in assisting NDIS participants to relieve stress in their lives, improve wellbeing, and establish and maintain supports through their funding, maintaining healthy and positive therapeutic relationships. Our caseloads are lower than industry standard, to maintain high service quality to our clients.

Your contribution as a therapist

You will provide emotional support and encouragement, assess needs, identify and implement strategies, working together with families and individuals in an inclusive way. You may also train support workers, improve team communication systems, supporting connections and resources that enhance client wellbeing.

We value lived experience and prior knowledge of the NDIS system.
