About the role:

As a Project Coordinator you'll multiply the value we deliver to customers by simplifying complex journeys and creating loveable experiences across the product and the support we provide. This role is about connecting with our customers, understanding their motivations and problems, and delivering more empathetic experiences that amplify the value we provide.

You’ll be responsible for delivering value on the supply side of our marketplace for our car Owners. Focusing on strategic product features and service design that makes listing and operating a car on our marketplace easy, engaging, and profitable to maximise value and engender loyalty. In this role you’ll need to excel at:

  • Project management – through planning, development, release, and integration
  • Data analysis (both guiding and performing data analysis)
  • Being a ruthless prioritiser, knowing how to get the most impact with minimal scope
  • Customer Interviews and managing VoC projects
  • Leading cross-functional initiatives to simplify the customer experience and drive valuable outcomes
  • Defining and measuring key product and customer success metrics
  • Thinking creatively and collaborating with our UX and UI designers to build and validate designs/concepts
  • Being the voice and champion of our customers’ experience

Reporting to the Head of Product, this is a full-time, remote role that can be performed anywhere within Australia or from our offices in Sydney. You’ll be set up for success:

Your Experience:

You’ll have had some (but not necessarily all) of these experiences:

  • 1+ years as a Management Consultant, or 3+ years in a role delivering customer experience (CX) and/or product innovation
  • Creating lovable products/experiences that drive growth and brand loyalty
  • Delivering great outcomes that don’t require perfection
  • You take pride in your attention to detail but don't let it rule you
  • An understanding of the speed at which startups move (high-velocity) and are comfortable working with ambiguity and autonomy
  • You build collaborative relationships, comfortable communicating and managing both up and down to deliver value and strategic alignment
  • You possess a high sense of personal accountability - you know what you want to deliver and what your goals are and align your efforts
