Coburg Children’s Centre Inc (CCCI) has a vacancy for the right person to join our management team and learn the full operations and administration of the Centre. The organisations leadership structure includes an Operational Coordinator and an Educational Coordinator who equally manage different aspects of the organisation. Each coordinators role has an assistant and the Assistant Operational Coordinator’s role will include a combination of administration and primary contact duties.

The successful applicant must have strong leadership and administrative skills and will share our green philosophy of ‘reduce, re-use, recycle, repair and refuse’ and open ended creative play.

This is a full time, 9 day per fortnight position which may be negotiated for the right applicant. Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in an early childhood setting and possess a Diploma in Children’s Services or an equivalent qualification. Conditions of employment are as per the Children’s Services Modern Award i.e. 4 weeks annual leave, with an above award salary.
