Consumers of Mental Health WA (CoMHWA) is the peak body for consumers of mental health services in WA. As a community based not for profit organisation, CoMHWA understands, listens and acts upon the voice of consumers of mental health and the wider community.
The Peer Pathways Project will provide coordinated pathways to support individuals, their families, and carers to access the supports needed to promote mental and physical wellbeing. This is primarily a phone-based service and includes identifying needs and having a comprehensive understanding of the range of services available across the State.
CoMHWA’s Peer Navigators will support the Peer Pathways Project. The successful candidates will assist individuals to navigate appropriate services within psychosocial, clinical, and primary healthcare settings across Western Australia.
This is a contract to 31st December 2021. Part-time position – up to 60 hours per fortnight. Negotiable working arrangements for preferred candidate. Immediate start.
In addition to the advertised salary the successful applicant will have the option to participate in a very attractive tax reducing salary packaging scheme.
