As the Regional Quality Business Partner, you will report to the General Manager Aged Care and work in close collaboration with the Residential Care Manager (s), National Clinical Governance and Calvary Aged Care Consultants.
This position is responsible for supporting the establishment and maintenance of quality and clinical governance systems and processes across all areas of the home to ensure a high standard of quality, care and safety. This includes facilitation of continuous improvement measures by identifying, monitoring and actioning activities to improve quality indicators, resident outcomes and experience.
*This position will work across our roles in the Hunter Region, with the option to work from home when not on site for the right candidate.
