Concept Care is a registered NDIS service provider servicing the Sydney and Greater Sydney region.

We are looking for Support Workers on a Full time, Part-time and Casual basis.

The Role

Our support workers assist our clients with all aspects of their daily life in a person-centred way. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Domestic Assistance; cooking and meal preparations
• Social Support; transporting to appointments, shopping or community outing and companionship
• Assistance with personal care is required for some participants

Experience with hoist or manual handling is highly regarded but not essential as training will be provided.

Requirements

• Qualification in disability, aged care, community and/or Experience in a similar role
• Your own vehicle and valid driver’s license are essential
• Current First Aid Certificate and Working with Children’s Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
