Work collaboratively with the Communications Team to develop effective communication strategies which support specific projects and help to build the profile of the organisation and optimise COORDINARE’s impact on improving the health of the community.

COORDINARE is the values led Primary Health Network for South Eastern NSW and is one of 31 PHNs across Australia and one of 10 PHNs in NSW. Our region stretches from Helensburgh in the north, past Eden to the Victorian border in the south, and inland to Cooma/Monaro, Queanbeyan, Yass and Goulburn.

Together with diverse government, non-profit, education and research, and private healthcare organisations we work to transform the health system to improve health outcomes across this unique region.

The role:

This position will be responsible for creating content across a variety of channels including social media, website, newsletter, and mass communications in alignment with the project’s communication plan. It will also oversee various communications platforms including Bang the Table, Workplace and the intranet, and support the coordination of mass communication campaign such as after hours and the low intensity mental health.

About you:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual, with at least 4-5 years’ experience including demonstrated skills in developing and implementing effective communication activities across diverse audiences using a variety of appropriate channels.

You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including previous experience developing presentations, media releases, case studies, website and social media content, and reports.

Additionally, you will be well organised, have great attention to detail and an ability to work under tight deadlines, be proactive, and a team player.
