About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, proactive, passionate individual wanting to become a vital member of our organisation, by assisting our Lifestyles Management team with their administrative duties. This position will be located across both Allambie and St Ives sites.

Duties as below (but not limited to)

  • Providing general administration support and assistance to the St Ives Lifestyles team
  • Liaising with clients and their families/carers
  • Maintaining of client information, assessments and records, including assisting with Service Review Documentation, the Client Risk Register and My Mobile Folder.
  • Maintenance, scheduling and updating of clients in Salesforce
  • Maintaining staff training records
  • Assisting with the management of Lifestyles St Ives fleet of vehicles
  • Assisting the team with WHS compliance
  • Assisting with special projects as required
  • Taking minutes of meetings when required

Licenses/certifications required

  • NSW Driver's License (minimum P2)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement in the role)
  • Current First Aid and Current CPR Certificates (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement in the role)
  • Current WWCC (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement in the role)
