About The Team

The Alstonville team is an extremely experienced and has consistently been delivering positive client outcomes in the Far North Coast region for many years. There a strong team culture that has developed over many years and a really sense of teamwork and collaboration when on site.

Due to the rural nature of the location, therapists will have the opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team with a huge breadth of diagnoses, ages, and disability types - particularly access to early intervention clients providing the opportunity for rapid career development.

At Alstonville an average caseload is about 40% on-site 60% community based, and we also provide outreach support across the Far North Coast. The clinic is very well resourced, with a fleet of cars, ceiling hoists, eye-gaze technology, huge selection of toys, assortment of specialised assessments, full switch kit and 3 specialist treatment rooms including a gym space. We can provide tailored flexible working arrangements which suit you/ your family situation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Evidence of current AHPRA registration or a willingness to attain it.
  • A current driver's license.
