The Community and Public Sector Union/Civil Service Association [CPSU-CSA] is a union of members working to deliver public services in Western Australia. Our purpose is to develop the capacity and confidence of members to collectively build and maintain power in their workplaces.
We are seeking a Communications Officer who will work on a part-time basis within the Communications and Engagement Team.
The ideal candidate will have working skills in design and marketing communications for print, broadcast and online media.
They will be eager to learn, problem solve and support our team of highly skilled, innovative communications professionals as an 'all-rounder' across a range of disciplines and projects.
Applicants should have a good creative eye and working design knowledge; working skills and experience using online marketing platforms; desktop publishing experience (Adobe Creative Suite desirable); basis skills in standard office software such as Excel and Powerpoint.
The role requires excellent design, written and oral communication; organisational skills; and ability to work across a number of projects.
