CRC has a temporary opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to work in our head office in Canterbury. If you’re organised, motivated and interested in supporting the work that we do, we’d love to hear from you. Being friendly and enthusiastic and having a good sense of humour will make for a good fit with CRC’s workplace culture.
Keen to make a difference through your admin and organisational expertise? Are you innovative, curious and adaptable, with excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to ‘think on your feet’ and to work to deadlines within a dynamic and changing environment? Are you interested in working for an organisation committed to social justice, and helping people affected by the criminal justice system? Help us contribute to long-lasting change for disadvantaged people in NSW by joining our diverse and passionate team.
As an Administration Officer you will support the Community Restorative Centre with important administrative and office functions such as staffing reception, switchboard, fleet, outreach staff safety, COVID Safe office environment, premises, Board of Management liaison, compliance and risk register, and membership.
As the first point of contact for the organisation you will have strong verbal and written communication skills and be approachable and friendly. The role will also provide support for staff to access organisational processes including offering IT and admin support as required, so being able to navigate your way around IT systems and admin processes will be essential.
Reporting to the CEO, you will work independently, and be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills, work within timeframes, possess a high level of self-motivation and attention to detail. Your usual work hours will be Monday to Friday between 9 am-5pm, with occasional out-of-hours work, as required.
We are committed to achieving a diverse and culturally safe workforce, and strongly encourage applications from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and people from CALD backgrounds.
