Board Director (Voluntary)

Community Restorative Centre (CRC)

CRC is one of the leading organisations providing specialist support to people affected by the criminal justice system, their families and communities. CRC is renowned for its throughcare, post-release and reintegration programs for people transitioning from prison into the community. All CRC programs aim to reduce crime and break entrenched cycles of disadvantage, offending and imprisonment.

CRC has been quietly providing life-changing support and advocating for systemic change in criminal justice policy and practice for 70 years, developing and implementing holistic, evidence-based service models and leading the sector in its research, policy advice and advocacy.

The CRC Board of Directors are currently seeking Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from people who may be interested in joining the Board. We are particularly keen to hear from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander people and people with lived experience of the criminal justice system.

For further information, past CRC annual reports can be found here.

If you have any questions about this opportunity, contact Board Chair Ruth McCausland at [email protected] using the subject line: Board Director (Voluntary) enquiry via EthicalJobs.
