The Community Restorative Centre works with clients impacted by the criminal justice system. CRC programs aim to reduce crime and break entrenched cycles of disadvantage, offending and imprisonment. We work holistically to do this, addressing issues such as homelessness, social isolation, physical and mental health, drug and alcohol use, employment, education, family relationships, financial hardship, and histories of trauma.

We work in partnership with other organisations to improve our clients’ access to support services and create real opportunities for people to build productive and independent lives in the community. CRC has grown significantly, and to support this growth, we are looking for a well-rounded and professional Executive Assistant. As the EA you will be responsible for providing high level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Program Director – Operations and Service (PD) including the management, organisation and prioritisation of schedules, preparation of correspondence and a variety of other tasks.

Your duties will include determining, managing, organising and allocating priorities, and matters of attention on behalf of the CEO and PD, acting as a primary point of contact, managing and scheduling meetings, calendars, and tasks including agendas, emails, calls, and other communications as directed for the CEO and PD, and providing high level administration support including drafting correspondence, (compose and prepare letters relating to routine correspondence for signature), filing, report writing, drafting PowerPoint presentations and statistical information.

To join us, you’ll need:

  • Extensive experience in administrative coordination at an Executive Assistant level
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Well-developed IT skills in a wide suite of software including Microsoft Office (with advanced PowerPoint & Word skills), and client management systems
  • The ability to prioritise competing demands
  • To be able to work collaboratively with a wide range and diverse group of stakeholders
  • A current NSW Working with Children Check and Criminal Record Check (please note, a criminal record is not a barrier to being considered for a role with CRC)
