CREATE is seeking a Community Facilitator for our Canberra office for 15.2 hours per week on a permanent part time basis.

POSITION CONTEXT AND SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

The Community Facilitator is essentially a change agent who facilitates engagement with children and young people. Connecting them to each other, their community and CREATE through active participation in CREATE’s programs and activities. The successful applicants will have a degree in Social Work, Human Services, Social Science or relevant field with at least 12 months experience in the out of home care sector.

KEY CRITERIA

• Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Social Science or related field coupled with at least 12 months experience in the out of home care sector.
• Current Driver’s License
• Successful Security Check – per state requirement
