Their Head Office centrally provides dedicated support for clinical standards and quality, financial and administrative support. In addition, each facility is well staffed in the care of their residents with a commitment to the quality of life for the seniors in ensuring their carers and family are part of their long term care in these facilities.

These pivotal roles that ensure robust clinical care are both  65 beds, based in Cardiff Heights, close to the beautiful surrounds of Lake Macquarie with views to the valley and north to the mountains and in Dural, in our Sydney’s leafy North-West. The facility in Cardiff is spacious, with single rooms and ensuites that also include quality dementia and palliative care. With dedicated staff teams, the facilities are known for delicious meals and activities that engage and extend the quality of life of their residents and support of their carers and families.

The role in Newcastle is a popular ‘sea-change’ option with its close proximity to Sydney and the Central Coast. Both roles present an opportunity to make a difference in a growing, vital sector.

The organisation has strong Christian mission and values. As an active Christian, you are a seasoned in the best practice of clinical care in our vital aged care sector,  with no less than 7 years' experience.  You would be familiar with ACFID and accreditation processes and is an integral team member of a facility.
