Founded in 2012, CrowdSpot is an award-winning digital consultancy specialising in map-based community engagement and data collection. We have completed over 100 projects in numerous places across the globe.
Our mission is to help create quality spaces in a social, inclusive and engaging process. We do this by connecting decision-makers with targeted community groups through the use of our online map-based community engagement and data collection tool.
Community participation in projects is an essential part of the planning and decision-making process. Our interactive, visual and intuitive map-based tool has been carefully designed to reduce barriers to participation and compliment other methods of engagement such as community meetings or workshops. This unique combination of web map technology, community engagement and good design helps to deliver insightful data and spatial visualisations for simple analysis and communication.
We're looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong planning and coordination skills and someone who is motivated to learn most aspects of a digital engagement and data collection consultancy.
As a self-starter, you’ll work to secure new projects, understand project requirements and connect with our technical team to bring new projects to life. Day-to-day, you will support our Director in the coordination and management of CrowdSpots operations and business development efforts. You’ll be managing our prospective clients, preparing proposals for potential new projects, and coordinating all marketing and promotional efforts. Together with our Director, you'll also utilise your skills in data analysis and writing to generate insights for specific project reports.
This role also presents an exciting strategic opportunity to help shape the future of CrowdSpot and take the business in new directions. This includes a possible equity share in the business within a 1-2yr timeframe if goals and growth targets can be achieved.
