We are growing our fantastic team of nurses and AHPs. Do you have experience in chronic disease management, care of people with COVID, telehealth models or care and/or respiratory medicine?

We are providing the COVID positive pathways program (CPP) in partnership with Austin Health.

CPP is a telephonic assessment and support service for people who have tested positive for COVID but are well enough to remain at home.

There are established protocols, training and ongoing support as well as the opportunity to work onsite occasionally for those who would like to do so.

We are seeking expressions of interest from:

• Grade 2/3a RNs
• ENs

These roles are initially part time and casual, but there may be the opportunity for some fixed term contracts in the future.

We expect to be onboarding some great new team members throughout January, so move quickly.
