About the Role

Working as part of the Supported and Connected Living department, the successful incumbent will develop Council's assessment services through the use of practice-based evidence and service data and facilitate the development of practices to ensure consistent and quality outcomes for clients.

  • Supervise, support and mentor staff
  • Management of and accountability for the Referral and Assessment functions
  • Foster and maintain partnerships within and external to the organisation
  • Ensure effective use of resources
  • Drive and support change processes

Skills & Experience

  • A tertiary qualification in health, welfare or related area
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Experiencing ensuring services operate within budget and achieve funding level targets
  • Understanding of issues and trends within the Aged and Disability sector
