Djandak is looking for an experienced ranger to support the expansion of our Natural Resources Management NRM On Grounds Crew in order to deliver Dhelkunya Dja the Healing Country Plan.

Djandak is an innovative business owned and operated by Dja Dja Wurrung Clans Aboriginal Corporation to improve outcomes for Dhelkunya Dja (healing Country). Djandak provide cultural heritage, conservation, natural resource management, planning and landscape development services. As part of our ongoing expansion we are looking for a number of Rangers to join our team.

Do you have experience in:

• Natural Resource Management,
• Civil Construction
• or Landscaping?

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic team environment and have 3 years of more experience in at least one of the areas above.

Key Selection Criteria

• Genuine desire to work on-Country to promote the aspiration of the Dja Dja Wurrung Country Plan 2014-2034
• At least 3 years experience in NRM or Civil Construction or Landscaping
• A current Victorian Driver’s License
• Professional approach to workplace responsibilities
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, has the ability to work with others as part of a multi-functional team to deliver a high standard of professional services
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and, Equal Opportunity
• Willingness to follow the Dja Dja Wurrung Clans Aboriginal Corporation and Djandak policies, procedures and systems in the delivery of work projects
