This highly successful fundraising agency partners with some of the largest charities across ANZ to deliver successful fundraising services and strategies.

Expect autonomy, challenge as well as the opportunity to make a difference motivating your team and building superior partner relationships, delivering innovative solutions. Reporting to the CEO.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, motivate and train the Client Services team comprising of Account Managers and Administration Support
  • Ensure the charity fundraising campaigns meet objectives, and overall client satisfaction
  • Develop and grow long standing client opportunities, develop growth opportunities within existing and new accounts to maximise revenue growth
  • Develop and build a prospect pipeline for target to ensure continued growth
  • Provide strategic input into clients fundraising campaign strategies
  • Provide reporting and analysis
  • Work with cross functional teams to ensure effective and smooth campaign implementation
  • Work with Senior Leadership Team on future growth strategies

Key criteria:

  • At least three years’ experience in a similar Client Services Agency role or Partnerships Fundraising management role within Not-for-Profit sector.
  • Proven track record of success driving successful client relationships
  • Superior people leadership, energising coaching and training style
  • Commercially savvy and results driven
  • Superior planning and time management capability
  • Excellent communication and written communication skills
  • Capable of acting at a strategic and operational management level
  • The ability to work and communicate effectively, face to face, virtual meetings (MS Teams, Zoom etc), email and phone with charities, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • CRM and Microsoft Office skills
  • Committed to providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive and “can do” attitude

Fabulous office location, including work from home conditions, offering 4 day week if required.
