What do we do?

Disability living (DLi) was established in 1984, providing long-term accommodation and support services for young adults with disabilities. Since then we have expanded our services to cater for all ages offering In-home support, accommodation services, Supported Independent Living and a variety of community inclusion services.

Launched in 2020 and located in Stepney DLi is also extremely proud to be the home of an innovative and state of the art, purpose-built specialist therapy space, offering a facility surpassing any other in Australia. Currently, our industry-leading team of Developmental Educators support our clients, with future growth opportunities across multiple clinical services.

What will you do?

Led by an innovative and passionate senior executive team you will be essential to our future growth strategy within our newly created Service Delivery team. 

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a passionate and purpose driven business leader to drive DLI’s vibrant growth strategy to maturity.  You will influence and lead the continuing business development and strategic direction of our therapy space and contribute to a team that supports innovation and quality outcomes.

You will bring a high level of relationship and team building skills with a strong desire to make a difference to our clients living with disability.  You will work collaboratively in a dynamic environment applying your commercial acumen and business mindset to all facets of business, people and culture. You will be highly motivated, person centred with a high level of self-awareness.

Employment is dependent upon obtaining a DHS Disability Screening and a Working with Children Check (WWCC). You must have the right to Work in Australia and the ability to travel independently across our sites.
