Disability Talk supports Victorians with physical, mental, sensory or intellectual disabilities – including those with complex support needs, acquired injuries or autism.

As a Disability Support Worker, you assist NDIS participants to be independent and participate in community life.

We offer casual, part-time and full-time jobs.

We cover the northern and western suburbs of Melbourne (that means we have to visit participants who live in those areas)

WHAT CAN WE OFFER YOU?

• Up to $500 Bonus after 6 months of working with Disability Talk
• Salary: from 29 to $37/hr (it varies according to experience and qualifications)
• Fortnightly bonus against travel (according to the number of hours worked)
• $50 monthly bonus when completing all your tasks
• Up to $50 bonus each fortnight towards petrol when working the equivalent of minimum 30hrs/week
• $500 bonus when you complete the training with us
