Specialising in the ‘care economy’, Diversitat Training have been delivering qualifications, accredited courses and non-accredited programs since 1997. Our courses are generally delivered in Geelong through blended learning and assessment methodologies including both online and face-to-face (in the classroom and/or workplace or via work placement).

The Role:

We are seeking ACFE Pre-Accredited Trainers, who are keen to share their passion and knowledge with their students. ACFE courses are short courses that can run anywhere from 10 hours to 12 weeks. All positions are initially offered as casual positions due to the irregularity of the courses. We are currently looking for trainers for the following classes:

  • ACFE/TAFE – Pathways to TAFE: Success 4U & Learn Local TAFE Support: Gaining the Edge;
  • Digital Literacy – Digital Literacy Platforms & Digital Literacy Foundations;
  • Literacy and Communication for Life;
  • Skills for Work and Study pilot program: Building and Construction & Health Services
  • English Conversation Class;
  • LEAP (10 hours) – Return to Study: Building Study Skills & Prepare for Employment

As an integral part of a busy and passionate team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering training in accordance with student individual needs;
  • Conducting assessments, and keeping accurate and detailed records;
  • Monitoring student’s progress, and providing support with the course content and learning outcomes.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A demonstrated up to date understanding of the course material and the adequate skills to deliver;
  • The most up to date Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (preferred but not required).
