Poised and eager to grow our service capability through diversification and expansion, Doutta Galla Aged Services is excited to recruit for the new leadership role of Alliances and Partnerships General Manager.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and working collaboratively as part of the Executive Leadership Team, this is an opportunity to have a positive impact on the organisation’s growth through alliances, partnerships and business development opportunities. This multi-faceted role has responsibilities across sales, marketing, communication and fundraising.
The Alliance and Partnerships General Manager will project manage new programs, lead incubation of new services including, but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions and hold responsibility for oversight of implementation of the Aged Care Royal Commission project. Your adaptive and innovative style, with proven ability to see beyond the day to day, developing and implementing key initiatives and using established and proven methodologies will be key to your success.
