A little about the role

The Specialist Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting a case load of NDIS participants to implement all the supports within their NDIS plan including informal, mainstream and community, as well as funded supports. This may include but is not limited to our Specialist support coordination participants.

This position is responsible to provide each of their participants assistance to strengthen their ability to coordinate their own supports, provide expertise NDIS information, support participants to build capacity to achieve greater independence and provide the NDIA reports on outcomes and success indicators within the agreed reporting frequency.

The position is based flexibly between working from home and attending the office when required. Home visits to participants are an integral part of this role.

Key deliverables for this role is to meet billable time KPIs, provide resources and connections with NDIS services and NDIS information for their allocated NDIS participants as a Specialist Support Coordinator.

About you

  • You have experience working with Specialist support coordination clients
  • You have experience in Disability and great knowledge of the NDIS system
  • You are a self-starter and have the ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • You have the ability to work against billable target KPIs
  • You are respectful and courteous of all people and cultures/lifestyles
