We are looking for an experienced and passionate CSR Officer to drive charity and sustainability initiatives aligned to DUAL’s core values across Asia Pacific. This role can be based in our Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Perth office.

As CSR Officer you will be confident in communicating effectively with all levels of the business and have the ability to think on your feet and multitask to manage multiple initiatives at the one time. This role is perfect for a candidate with a marketing, communications or CSR background who demonstrates a genuine passion for CSR and sustainability within the business sector. As this role engages with DUAL’s charity partners and within the broader group for sustainability and CSR efforts, the ideal candidate will also show strengths in building relationships with stakeholders. Reporting to the Strategy and Internal Communications Manager, this role will cover:

Charity:

• Managing DUAL Asia Pacific charity partnerships
• Coordinating DUAL’s Health and Wellbeing program including donations and coordinating registrations
• Driving employee fundraising and engagement and administering DUAL’s charitable giving platform
• Acting as the Asia Pacific representative on the Howden Foundation Committee
• Driving participation in volunteering opportunities

Sustainability (ESG):

• Coordinating and engaging sustainability champions in each office
• Identifying and driving sustainable office initiatives (keep cups, recycling stations, plastic offsetting)
• Providing ESG support and reporting as required to our parent entity
• Acting as the Asia Pacific representative on the DUAL Global sustainability committee and driving global initiatives

To be successful in this role you will be self-motivated and results oriented. It is important to note that your direct manager resides offshore, so autonomy and the ability to manage up is critical. You should also be comfortable with the use of Word and Excel (intermediate skills preferred) and have strong attention to detail.
