ABOUT THE ORGANISATION

In 2021, Domestic Violence Victoria (DV Vic) and the Domestic Violence Resource Centre Victoria (DVRCV) are merging to become a new entity. This merger brings the peak body for Victoria’s specialist family violence services supporting victim survivors together with the state’s only specialist family violence Registered Training Organisation, combining our strength, capacity and resources for greater impact.

Working in the Sector Development Unit, the Learning and Development Project Manager supports the establishment, delivery and evaluation of an internal research action pilot.

Key to the success of this role will be the application of project management principles to meet outcomes. The role will also work collaboratively to support organisational continuous improvement and explore opportunities for a future focused blended learning approach.

This is a new role for DV Vic/DVRCV and we’re looking for an experienced project manager with a track record in successful implementation and evaluation, preferably in an education and training context.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Relevant qualification and/or competency and equivalent experience in TAE and/or training delivery and compliance in an RTO setting (at least 3 years);
  • Sound understanding of learning design principles, practices, curriculum development, resource development and production;
  • Experience in continuous improvement of training products that are targeted to meet specified outcomes, for specific audiences;
  • Expertise in the development, design and review of training for adult learners;
  • Expertise in action research and evaluation methodologies.
