About the role

As part of our Early Childhood Approach team based out of our Ipswich, QLD location, we are looking for an Administration Officer to provide a warm welcome to our clients and admin support to our team, making a huge difference to our service.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide a welcoming environment both over the phone and face to face,
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries from families with empathy and respect,
  • Invoicing and credit card reconciliation
  • Supporting the Early Childhood Approach team with daily operations, enquiries, scheduling, data collection, and reporting,
  • Scheduling travel arrangements, and
  • Recording and distributing clear and accurate meeting minutes.

About you

You're an experienced Administration Officer, qualified in business or office management, who enjoys variety in your day and working closely with service delivery professionals.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Proven experience working efficiently in a busy and complex environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills, both face to face and over the phone
  • Experience working with challenging or complex clients
  • Exceptional computer skills including proficiency in excel and client record management systems
  • Experience in processing invoices and credit card reconciliations
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task with high attention to detail
  • Knowledge or an interest working in Early Childhood, NDIS or disability experience Working with Children Check or Working with vulnerable people check
  • Current National Police Check (completed within 60 days of commencement)

About our Early Childhood Approach Team

We are a close-knit team of committed allied health professionals, teachers, social workers, and educators, working together for a common cause. We partner with the NDIS to support families and children with developmental delays and disabilities to access early intervention, that will help them to develop the skills they need to take part in everyday activities and to be included in family and community life.
