Who we're looking for

Our ideal candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood or equivalent, with desirable qualifications in Community Sector Management or Business management. You will be required to rely on your substantial experience working with children and families in the early years, along with your strong professional leadership qualities whilst understanding the complexities of balancing client needs with strategic business requirements.

As part of our Childcare team at Ringwood East, EACH is looking for a Full time Childcare Centre Manager with knowledge of NQS/EYLF VEYLDF and MARAM Framework to provide support, high quality early childcare, leadership and build rapport with children, staff and families.

What you'll be doing

The Centre Manager will oversee the resourcing, marketing, administration, planning, and further development of the centre whilst being heavily active in parent discussions and the primary point of contact for families and educators.

You will support, lead and mentor the Educators while forming partnerships with families and engage within the wider community.
