EACH and Uniting are working in partnership with Monash Health to deliver the EIPSR (Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response) program. This program supports clients in their personal recovery journey, achieve set goals, increase independence, functionality, and community connections.

Who we're looking for

EACH is looking for 2 full-time Recovery Specialists to join the EIPSR team, for 12months!

If you're a customer-centric person, degree qualified in a health-related discipline such as Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or Nursing with experience working in Mental Health and/or AOD sectors, our EIPSR team Casey Cardinia would love to hear from you!

With your knowledge of working within the Social Model of Health and Transdisciplinary Mental Health framework, the Recovery Specialist will be able to support the customer with their journey of recovery towards leading a contributing and fulfilling life. You will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively organise your time to allow you to work flexibly and directly with customers as they require and make choices for their support.

What you'll be doing

As the Recovery Specialist, you will provide the Provision of Psychosocial Support in a Recovery Framework and participate in a multidisciplinary team to develop high-quality services to individuals with complex presentations. You will support a caseload of clients by developing comprehensive psychosocial assessments and psychosocial recovery plans.

By working collaboratively with customers, families, carers and the broader service system to identify, plan, design and coordinate additional supports where needed, enabling them to take control and better manage challenges in their lives.

This position will provide a combination of outreach and telehealth support.

Who you'll be working with

Reporting to the Team Leader - EIPSR RESTART with the support of the Uniting EIPSR Team Leader and Program Managers EIPSR Area Manager and other Team Leaders, you will be part of a team of service delivery professionals.
