EASA Inc

Who are EASA?

Established in 1982, EASA is a local success story incorporating the values of the counselling profession, where individuals and personal growth are valued and business to support workplaces to support their employees. Our evaluations show we make a difference and to do the work we do well, we look after our team and they look after each other. Our principal clients are those from organisations with Employee Assistance Programs, we have over 250 of those and each year, in the NT alone, we provide over 10,000 client sessions. EASA also responds to potentially traumatising situations by mobilising our clinicians, which may mean flights to remote communities or attending local workplaces.

EASA is part of the welfare emergency response group in the NT, providing support to group members during local disasters such as flooding and cyclonic events. CORP, a part of EASA, allows us to put our learning and care into preventative work with organisations and we provide educational opportunities to work places and support services that aim to increase skills for mentally health workplaces and reduce conflict. This includes leadership development and support.

Where are we?

EASA has offices located in Darwin, Katherine and Alice Springs. We also have a service in Coolalinga, Jabiru and Gove. Learn more about the surrounds: see here.
