THE POSITION

The role requires maintaining strong relationships with existing Elephant Ed partner schools across Victoria. Your role is to ensure each partner school has a seamless experience from point of booking to workshop delivery.

Elephant Ed send youthful, relatable and highly-trained facilitators to hundreds of schools across Australia to facilitate interactive consent, respectful relationships and sexuality education workshops.

Every year, we empower more than 100,000 young people to make informed, positive and safe decisions.

IN A NUTSHELL

  • Processing bookings for school workshops
  • Administrative duties, including utilising software for bookings, rostering and CRM
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing Elephant Ed partner schools
  • Managing the re-booking process for each partner school
  • Working closely with the growth and facilitation team to ensure the delivery of impactful programs
  • Reporting to the Head of Growth to manage and meet set targets

YOU ARE

  • A people person with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Diligent and possess strong administrative skills, including organisation, prioritisation and attention to detail
  • Process-driven, willing to innovate and improve existing systems
  • Enthusiastic, hardworking and highly-motivated
  • Passionate about creating social change
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Results-driven with a strong motivation to achieve set targets
  • Willingness to learn to use a range of software and online tools Comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • Adaptable and willing to problem solve

STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD WITH

  • Experience in administration, bookings and relationship management (experience working with schools is a bonus)
  • Ability to build strong and meaningful connections in a variety of settings, including via phone, email and in-person
  • Ability to manage competing tasks and work under pressure
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and set targets
