ABOUT GREAT CYCLE CHALLENGE

Would you like to use your marketing, fundraising or event management skills in a more purpose-driven environment?

This is your chance to join a small team of passionate and dynamic people and manage one of the top ranked fundraising events in the world!

Great Cycle Challenge launched in 2013 and has raised over $140million to fight kids’ cancer across Australia, USA and Canada.

The challenge asks people to set their own riding distance and fundraising goal for one month to help end childhood cancer and save lives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Campaign Lead to work closely with the Digital Marketing and Communications Coordinator to oversee the event communications and digital marketing strategy across multiple countries.

You will be a passionate, digital-savvy person who is excited by the opportunity to expand your knowledge and make a real difference in the lives of kids living with cancer.

Ideally you will have 2-3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, fundraising or campaign management with a particular focus on digital marketing. But most importantly you will have the personal drive and determination to grow the event and inspire people to get involved!

Key responsibilities

• Manage the online acquisition of supporters
• Plan and implement the supporter journeys
• Source content and case studies to use across multiple channels
• Create and schedule social posts
• Data analysis and reporting

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong use of social media channels
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to analyse and interpret data
• Ability to work independently as part of a small team
