With significant change needed within aged care sector in the years ahead, the inspiring & strategically thinking MS CEO is seeking to appoint a person with the drive and determination to make changes based on providing exceptional care and safeguarding to their clients. It is an incredibly exciting phase for the organisation, and you would need to be an experienced people manager from either the aged care, disability, health or community services sector, who can work closely with the CEO to implement the strategies required to meet future challenges.

Reporting to the MS CEO, and based in Cameron Park (Newcastle), the Head of Home & Community Care will be responsible to effectively manage human, material and financial resources ensuring compliance with the Aged and Disability Care standards, in line with Mercy Services strategic plan and business model.
Significant management experience from within the aged care, disability, Health or Community Services sector.
Proven strong leadership capabilities and the ability to communicate effectively and harmoniously at all levels.
