The Position

What a terrific part time opportunity for an experienced Project Administrator to join our warm and caring Health Pathways team. This is an administrative role where you will thrive on utilising your solid admin skills, attention to detail and data base management to support the team four days per week!

You will have

• a demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to work proactively and set own priorities;
• excellent communicator verbally and written to assist external and internal stakeholders;
• a strong administrative background with the ability to engage with stakeholders and provide administrative support to meetings, stakeholder requests, meetings and other activities of the team; and
• the ability to assist in the maintenance of Customer Relationship Management database, including data entry as required.

We do this by facilitating health system improvements for people in the eastern and north eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

The initial contract goes for 12 months, but there is a possibility of extension.
