What can I expect in a typical day working as a Support Worker?

We support our customers in their homes and into the community, providing them with the opportunity to live their best lives and to fulfil their goals and dreams. You will provide home based support such as meal management and personal care where required and transport our customers into the community for appointments and activities.

About the Opportunities

• Must be flexible to work weekdays, every second weekend, split shifts may involve overnights and some public holidays
• Further hours on offer through rostering up to 76 a fortnight
• Flexibility needed to work some weekends and overnights where needed (penalty rates included)
• Support includes all aspects of assisting customers with personal care
• Buddy shifts and ongoing training will be provided to ensure you are able to deliver your best support to our customers

What will you bring?

• Availability to work varied shifts across the week days, evenings and weekends
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Experience working with Microsoft packages and ability to pick up internal systems
• Cert III in Individual Support and experience with complex behaviours will be highly regarded

Please note, before commencing with Endeavour Foundation, you will be required to undertake a “Fit2Work” National Criminal History Check, a positive blue card and yellow card OR the new NDIS Worker Screening card should you be successful.
