About the role:

We are growing and are looking for someone who can support the Business Development function nationally, manage client relationships, lead pursuits, write winning proposals and develop collateral that speaks to the importance of climate action and the opportunities that can be created in a net zero future. With the recent change in Government, an energy crisis and climate change impacts being felt across Australia, there has never been a more important time for you to join our team.

About you:

As one of Energetics’ Bid Management Specialists, you will join a deeply committed group of professionals who are making a difference. We are looking for someone who has had around 4-8 years’ experience in a similar role. To be successful you will need the ability to build relationships with clients, liaise with our experts to help them synthesise information, develop solutions and transform technical and strategic approaches into succinct, compelling propositions. You’ll leverage your writing abilities and design thinking skills, ability to organise and address details, and enjoy the challenge of a fast paced, deadline driven work environment. Your role will also support knowledge management and improve sales processes.
This is a great position which will enable you to progress your career in climate change advisory. You’ll be on an accelerated learning curve - learning all aspects of decarbonisation including net zero pathways, understanding of physical and transition related climate risks, innovative low emissions technologies, reporting frameworks, large-scale renewable energy purchasing, and much more.
