enliven Victoria is highly-regarded Primary Care Partnership (PCP) and health promoting charity based in Dandenong. Enliven brings together health and community service organisations to work collaboratively to improve health and social wellbeing for communities across Melbourne’s South East.
Our small yet dynamic team works across a number of health priority areas and settings, aiming to address health inequities within our community to facilitate positive health and wellbeing outcomes. This involves working in responsive, diverse, and innovative ways to positively shift systems, environments and behaviours to enable opportunities for good health for individuals, communities and population groups.
