ABOUT YOUR ENVIRONMENT

enliven Victoria is highly-regarded Primary Care Partnership (PCP) and health promoting charity based in Dandenong. Enliven brings together health and community service organisations to work collaboratively to improve health and social wellbeing for communities across Melbourne’s South East.

Our small yet dynamic team works across a number of health priority areas and settings, aiming to address health inequities within our community to facilitate positive health and wellbeing outcomes. This involves working in responsive, diverse, and innovative ways to positively shift systems, environments and behaviours to enable opportunities for good health for individuals, communities and population groups.

ABOUT YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a part time (18 hours per week) Administration and Communications Officer to join the enliven team. Reporting to the Executive Director your role is to:

  • Support corporate administration, and provide administrative support to enliven’s projects and initiatives, in line with enliven’s new Strategic Plan.
  • Support organisational communications including newsletters, website, and management of corporate social media accounts
  • Build and support strong partnerships and collaborative action across our catchment.
  • Work collaboratively with the enliven Health Promotion, Health Literacy, Planetary Health, and Diversity and Inclusion teams to identify opportunities to enhance the reach, quality, and sustainability of enliven’s work.

ALL ABOUT YOU

We are looking for someone with:

  • Tertiary qualifications in administration, communications, or health promotion related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in communications and administration, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a range of stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, content management systems, WordPress, and social media platforms
