This is a senior leadership team position. We develop and manage apartments for lease to people with disability who have SDA Funding, from the National Disability Insurance Scheme. We are a for profit housing provider with a social housing heart.

Join our Granville based team in delivering high quality customer and tenancy management services to our National portfolio of properties; Victoria, NSW, ACT, SA and soon in Qld and WA. Our portfolio is growing and so is our team.

We are looking for the right person to lead our tenancy team, we want your knowledge and expertise to make sure we are doing everything we can to ensure innovative and responsive, client focused tenancy management services. You will have a good working knowledge and understanding of Residential Tenancies Act s in the relevant State and Territory jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will be an experienced team leader wanting to take the next step in their Social Housing career. They will be committed to excellent customer service, successful program delivery, staff development, and collaboration with our partner organisations.

You will be required to undertake NDIS worker screening which includes a National Police Screening check. Your employment will be conditional on achieving a successful National Police Check if you don't have one already.
