This is an active hands on role, providing repairs and maintenance services to people with disability. All our properties are "new-builds" in apartment complexes.

This role requires you to:

• Assess
• Negotiate
• Prioritise
• Collaborate and manage from filing the job to ensuring the contractor's invoice is paid.

Experience with PropertyMe is desirable as this is how we track our repairs and ensure a great customer service outcome.
