About the Role

We are looking to recruit a part-time Claims Specialist based at our Southport office as part of the Centralised Claims Unit. This role involves the reviewing and verifying of claims and evidence against funding body requirements in a timely manner. It also involves the education to internal stakeholders on the submitting of error free claims.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in a similar role in a Disability Employment Service (DES) or Jobactive provider is highly desirable
• Strong administrative, analytical, problem solving and data integrity skills with a high attention to detail
• Advanced communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• The ability to work autonomously and under pressure to meet deadlines
• High levels of integrity and professionalism with the ability to manage sensitive issues appropriately
