Ermha provides the Early Intervention Psychosocial Support Response (EIPSR) program in partnership with Barwon Health. EIPSR provides specialist psychosocial support to help eligible people to build their capacity to better manage their mental illness, develop practical life skills for independent living and social connectedness, and if eligible, transition to the NDIS.
Our Support Facilitators goal is to enable rather than do, to promote independence, development and confidence of the individuals. Our success will enable them to have the voice and choice to thrive in their local communities. The Support Facilitator role entails:
In this role you will be working from home to complete Telehealth and administrative tasks. You will have an opportunity to meet your peers in person at the weekly team meeting at our community-based program 'Hive'. You will also still be meeting with clients in the community.
Hours are 8am to 4pm (with flexibility to work on occasions during the hours of 8am and 8pm)
