About You

With a demonstrated high-level understanding of relevant quality and safeguarding frameworks, you will be passionate about identifying purposeful projects that achieve their full potential. This will be matched by the following:

  • Demonstrated experience within Project Management roles within a high risk and/or complex need service area
  • Expert understanding of quality frameworks, outcomes measurement and a commitment to the principles of continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects to completion, with these being of a high standard and within required timeframes
  • The ability to communicate, influence, negotiate and facilitate discussions (including coaching, mentoring and training others)
  • Demonstrated experience in resource management, data analysis and data forecasting
  • Undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in Project Management or related field

It is a requirement of this position to acquire and maintain a positive Working with Children's Check, NDIS Worker Screening check, be willing to be assessed by the NDIS and possess a current & valid driver's license.

About the Role

As the Project Manager within the Quality team, you will be responsible for leading a diverse range of projects within a team of highly skilled individuals to achieve service delivery and project delivery excellence. This role is responsible for providing expert project management, negotiation and specialist consultation within a complex service area, in addition to managing continuous improvement activity. Your work will align to and maintain the standards articulated in relevant frameworks (i.e. the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework), in addition to the values of ermha365 and relevant Code of Ethics.

To achieve this, the role entails:

  • Project Management of key organisational projects
  • Establishment and maintenance of relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Evaluate and develop relevant outcome frameworks and service delivery models
  • Bring people together to lead and embed a degree of governance rigour to our work
  • Coordination and/or management of quality systems and data collection/reporting
  • Provide expert advice in relation to all project management activity

This role will work from home and is flexible with location. You may be required to attend meetings or training at our Head Office in Dandenong South. You will also be expected to communicate via teleconferences and conduct site visits when required. While ermha365 continues to operate face-to-face services through COVID-19 we are taking appropriate actions to ensure that our staff and the people we support are as safe as possible. You will be expected to adhere to all COVID-19 standards, requirements and processes including (but not limited to) wearing appropriate PPE and regular hygiene and cleanliness practices.
