Purpose

This role supports the implementation of the digital marketing strategy for EWB. This includes content creation, social media, website, digital advertising, eDMs, campaigns, analytics, insights and reporting.

Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing & Communications, the Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring EWB delivers best practice marketing activities and campaigns primarily in the digital space. This role is responsible for planning and implementing a range of digital marketing and social media initiatives across multiple channels, and to a range of stakeholders, to drive traffic, conversions and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement EWB’s digital marketing strategy, including advertising, SEO and SEM to support fundraising campaigns, lead generation and supporter engagement
  • Implement the social media strategy to manage and grow EWB’s existing social media community across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram, including content planning, asset design, content creation, scheduling/posting, paid campaigns
  • Manage website and blog, including regular content development, analytics and evidence-based continuous improvement
  • Plan and manage eDM strategy, including development of content and imagery, user segmentation and journeys, analysis and reporting
  • Monitor, analyse and report on all metrics across all platforms, and develop ongoing improvement strategies to maximise engagement and conversion
  • Ensure the timely execution of project management processes, as well as regular and effective internal communications with colleagues and other relevant stakeholders
  • Provide insights into trends, issues, opportunities and threats in the digital and social media marketing space to ensure we are executing the right strategies
