The Information and Technology division is driving digital innovation and the way we interact with our customers through the development of digital products, IT support, cyber security and information management services. 

About the role

As a Senior Registry Officer, you will provide a range of quality services to support, enhance and facilitate the operation and administration of the Registry. The role supports the team leader in ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

In the role you will:

  • Coordinate the receipt, distribution and filing of all documentation from the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.
  • Process complex Guardianship and Financial Management applications into our database.
  • Manage the process of administrative reviews of decisions on applications and deliver on outcomes.
  • Provide training, guidance and support to the Registry Officers and assist with complex enquiries.
  • Continually improve work practices through innovation and the implementation of initiatives supported by in consultation with the Registrar.
