This is an opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team to support our community.
The Carer Support Coordinator position undertakes assessment of voluntary carers to support their needs. This may include information, flexible respite options, short term service coordination and referral.
This position requires someone with appropriate tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Welfare or a Health related discipline. Good engagement skills are required along with excellent administration and computer literacy.
